Successful start to the second day of the tournament at Achleiten Castle. On Friday a total of 8 rider-horse pairings started the first test in perfect conditions. In the Young Riders Team Test, Florentina Jöbstl and her Hanoverian stallion Bodyguard 49 won after a convincing performance with 72.029 percent. Leon Aschauer took second place with Formidable with 69.294 percent. Oskar Ochsenhofer were just ahead in the race for third place and completed the winner's podium with Siesta Key and 67.735 percent.
"It was very good today. I've never had such a good feeling in a test. I thought the trot was very nice, Bodyguard was very focused and right with me. Last year we became much more harmonious in the arena and understand each other better. The mutual trust is noticeable and it gives us a lot of security in the arena. We are getting better and better, it is just great to watch this development. I hope that we can continue on our path successfully and that I can make it to the European Championships. We want to do our best round there," explained Jöbstl after the award ceremony and added: "I am very proud that it is working so well. Riding the same horse after my brother, who is a really good rider, was not easy at the beginning. But I have shown that it was the right step for me. But we still have room for improvement, we want to improve our gallop, coordinate even better and simply ride more expressively."
